It is possible to activate screen-pops that are compatible with the AllState E-Agent CRM system. This process can be enabled per domain. To request activation, please contact the Monster VoIP Control Tower.
Here are the steps for this to work.
1. All agents must be logged in to the E-agent website
2. All agents must also be logged in the PBX portal. Incoming calls to this agent will trigger a pop-up URL with the caller's information.
